Barton School District will host our annual Fall Festival tomorrow, October 26th, from 4:00 to 6:00 on Frank McClellan Field. Games, haunted house, hay rides, and trunk or treat! Free admission! BSD and Phillips County Health Department are hosting an on campus flu clinic on Thursday, October 6th. Forms were sent home with students and must be turned in by tomorrow, October 3rd, if you want you child to receive their flu vaccine.

We understand that students love viral challenges. Viral challenges, however, are not acceptable at school. Students are not to share food with other students and outside food is not allowed at school unless it is a student's lunch or appropriate snack which cannot be shared. Students are bringing "One Chip Challenge" chips to school and are going home sick due to this "challenge." Please do not allow your students to bring these chips to school. Students in possession of the "One Chip Challenge" will face disciplinary actions. Thank you for your help and understanding with this issue.
